Favorite Workouts to Get Better Bride Arms

One huge fitness goal I had before my wedding was to tone up my arms. Thanks to some of my favorite Tone It Up workouts and some great ideas from my fitness obsessed hubby, I definitely achieved my own version of #armgoals. 💪🏼


Since I know this is a huge goal for so many other brides, as well as bridesmaids, I wanted to share a run down of my favorite arm workouts and routines! Most of these are from Tone It Up, but there are plenty of other great fitness accounts to check our arm routines like Whitney Simmons and Lauren Gleisberg.

TIU Bikini Arms Routine

This one is a total arm burner! I usually have a few different dumbbells with me to switch up throughout the workout because, trust me, you’ll be feeling it!

TIU Fine Toning Arm Routine

This is an older workout but still one of my favorites! It’s a great one to add onto any workout for a quick arm toner.

TIU Sexy Upper-Back

This is a short workout, but really hits some areas that are usually ignored!

TIU Flex Friday Workout

This is a newer TIU workout that actually wasn’t out when I was getting ready for my wedding, but it’s quickly become a favorite that I know you’ll love too.

TIU Sexy Sculpted Shoulders

This is a create quick shoulder workout to add onto any other arm workout, or do to after a cardio day.

Toned Arms

This 13-minute workout is from the TIU Beach Babe 4 series, and is a great arm burner that you can pair with any other workout.

Upper Body Total Toner

This workout, also from the Beach Babe 4 series, is a little long, but can be a great stand-alone workout for days when you’re short on time.

Dumbbell Only Upper Body Workout

I didn’t discover Whitney Simmons’ workout until after my wedding, but she had some incredible routines on YouTube and Instagram that every bride-to-be should check out! This one is one of my favorite, particularly for the shoulders.
